Exciting Things Are Coming..
Now that I’ve had my own domain for a few months, I’m currently looking for some help in cleaning up my blog and giving it that final push to make it look exactly as I imagined! The blogging community and this blog means a whole lot to me which is why I’m working to improve it in the coming months – which includes hopefully adding a portfolio page! Showcasing my writing on here is something I’ve been looking into for months but since I’m lacking in the web design skills, I figure I should team up with someones work that I love xD So stay tuned for that!! I’m also currently working on a personalized header/signature with a close friend so I’m also super pumped about that <3
An All-New Segment?
I’ve also been REALLY inspired lately by the idea of talking more about mental health staying stress-free and fitness on this blog! All of these things are important to me and I feel happy seeing how many bloggers, youtubers and other social media outlets are willing to offer their stories/advice on these things! I’ve only really touched the surface of this stuff on my blog since it’s for the majority about bookish things…however, this past month has been a particularly stressful one and it just reminded me of the importance of taking care of yourself. I’m hoping to start up an all new segment coming to you every Monday that has to do with both mental and physical health – a guide over wellness and happiness. I’m thinking of having it run from mid-Jan to mid-Feb and the official name will be revealed with the first post coming Monday!!
New Blogging Schedule!
The point of this blog has always been to act as a space where I can talk about anything I’m feeling passionate about, as well as hearing from others who might feel the same. But the most important thing to me when it comes to posting on The Bookish Wanderer is quality over quantity. I originally started this blog posting 3 times a week. I kept this up diligently for months and then once in a while, I’d slip up and miss a day. Or, I’d find myself feeling stressed about finding a topic so I don’t miss a day.
This isn’t why I started the blog. I want this to be a source of positivity for both myself and those who read it. Soo I’m planning on going down from 3 days to 2 to bring more of that!
Soooo that said, from now on, I’ll be posting every Monday and Friday 😀

So there’s my little update for today!
Another reason I wanted to change my blogging schedule is to be able to devote more of my time to my manuscript – today I realized something really exciting!! I’m officially more than halfway done :)) Hopefully by the time summer rolls around, I’ll be able to start looking at agents and publishing houses which is equally intimidating and exciting!
Above all else, this year has been really exciting and productive writing-wise and I can’t wait to see what happens next <3 Goodnight all!
