A Fall Bucket List

Helloo everybody!

A few months ago when the sun was perfect for tanning and pools were still up and running, I made a bucket list for summer break. But now that it’s become cooler and the leaves are changing, I wanted to make an all new bucket list for the crisp and cozy months.

Without further ado, let’s get into it!

A Fall Bucket List

Go apple picking: My boyfriend and I went a few years ago to a local farm and it was so much fun! I’d adore doing it again.

Find a vintage store in Montreal: I’ve been to a ton of vintage shops in Toronto and I know Montreal is just as well known for it’s vintage scene..I just haven’t made my way into any — but I fully intend to change that!!

Take a boxing class: Half for writing research – half because I love fitness and am craving to learn something new.

Write at least 500-1,000 words a day: Making a goal is the surest way to get a task done!

Go to a concert: Throwing a concert on your bucket list is never a bad idea!

Read The Chronicles of Narnia: I’ve wanted to read these stories since I was a kid and I saw the coolest looking edition and I need it!! …good excuse right?

Finish the quick draft of my Sci-Fi manuscript: I’ve been wanting to do a quick draft forever since hearing how useful it’s been for some of my favorite authors so I’m pretty down to try it myself!

Do more of my writing in a coffee shop: I get distracted so easily at home, especially when the house is full so getting out and going somewhere quiet really helps.

Participate in NaNoWriMo: I’ve heard so many authors and bloggers talk about how great NaNoWriMo and I have procrastinated way too much – it’s time to try this come November!!

Brainstorm homemade Christmas presents: I love making homemade crafts for Christmas but it takes a lot of time and brainstorming – better to start early :p

Volunteer at or attend a gaming event: I had this on my Summer list and I diid end up going to one but I’m really interested in attending another!

Go hiking somewhere: What better season to go hiking?! With all the changing leaves and cool air, it’s the best view and perfect weather.

Take more photos: And going along with best view…I’m determined to start taking more photos of the changing scenery and my friends and family this season.

That’s it for my fall bucket list!! I love writing these things so maybe there will be one for winter too? 😛 Leave me your fall bucket list in the comments down below and tell me what you thought of mine! Goodnight guys! 🙂

  1. Great bucket list!! 🙂 It’s great that you have a writing goal for yourself- my goal these days is similar (500-1000 words a day). I haven’t heard of quick drafts before but I’ll have to look it up for my next novel! (Also a sci fi story) I love nanowrimo since it is a great way to challenge yourself to write a novel within a short period of time. (This year I am travelling for 2 weeks of November so I won’t be able to do it though) you should absolutely go for it 🙂

    1. I’m really excited for NaNoWriMo :p A quick draft is sorta the same idea—you write the whole book without much detail and obviously quickly and do not go back to edit (since we are our own worse critics xD) and only once youve quickly gotten every chapter down, you go back and edit and add more :p Thanks so much for stopping by!
